taM vidyAd duHkhasaMyogaviyogaM yogasaMjJitam | sa nizcayena yoktavyo yogo'nirviNNacetasA ||6-23||
Transliteration
taṃ vidyād duḥkhasaṃyogaviyogaṃ yogasaṃjñitam . sa niścayena yoktavyo yogo.anirviṇṇacetasā ||6-23||
Meanings
6.23 Know this deliverance from association with misery to be Yoga. This Yoga must be practised with determination and with a mind free from despondency. - Adi
