ந ப்ரஹ்ரு'ஷ்யேத்ப்ரியம் ப்ராப்ய நோத்விஜேத்ப்ராப்ய சாப்ரியம் | ஸ்திரபுத்திரஸம்மூடோ ப்ரஹ்மவித் ப்ரஹ்மணி ஸ்திதஃ ||௫-௨௦||
Transliteration
na prahṛṣyetpriyaṃ prāpya nodvijetprāpya cāpriyam . sthirabuddhirasammūḍho brahmavid brahmaṇi sthitaḥ ||5-20||
Meanings
5.20 He who knows Brahman (individual self) and abides in Brahman, whose mind is steadfastly on the self and undeluded by the body consciousness - he neither rejoices at gaining what is pleasant, nor grieves on obtaining what is unpleasant. - Adi
