ахам̣ ваиш́ва̄наро бхӯтва̄ пра̄н̣ина̄м̣ дэхама̄ш́ритах̣ | пра̄н̣а̄па̄насама̄йуктах̣ пача̄мйаннам̣ чатурвидхам ||15-14||
Transliteration
ahaṃ vaiśvānaro bhūtvā prāṇināṃ dehamāśritaḥ . prāṇāpānasamāyuktaḥ pacāmyannaṃ caturvidham ||15-14||
