ఉద్ధరేదాత్మనాత్మానం నాత్మానమవసాదయేత్ | ఆత్మైవ హ్యాత్మనో బన్ధురాత్మైవ రిపురాత్మనః ||౬-౫||
Transliteration
uddharedātmanātmānaṃ nātmānamavasādayet . ātmaiva hyātmano bandhurātmaiva ripurātmanaḥ ||6-5||
Meanings
6.5 One should raise the self by his own mind and not allow the self to sink; for the mind alone is the friend of the self, and the mind alone is the foe of the slef. - Adi
