த்ரிவிதம் நரகஸ்யேதம் த்வாரம் நாஶநமாத்மநஃ | காமஃ க்ரோதஸ்ததா லோபஸ்தஸ்மாதேதத்த்ரயம் த்யஜேத் ||௧௬-௨௧||
Transliteration
trividhaṃ narakasyedaṃ dvāraṃ nāśanamātmanaḥ . kāmaḥ krodhastathā lobhastasmādetattrayaṃ tyajet ||16-21||
Meanings
16.21 Desire, wrath and greed - this is the triple gateway to Naraka, ruinous to the self. Therefore one should abandon these three. - Adi
